Minimum Qualification / Experience
1. Qualification Minimum Bachelors Degree in chemical engineering.
2. Minimum 10 Years of experience in refinery process engineering, operations, and CAPEX planning.
3. Proven experience in cost estimation and economic evaluation of refinery projects.
4. Experience in evaluating large-scale industrial projects, analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and understanding of refining processes, crude oil characteristics and product specifications.
6.Proven track record in managing large-scale CAPEX projects, from conception through completion.
7. Location: Saudi Arabia( Rabigh).

Job description:
Develop comprehensive conceptual business cases for refinery CAPEX projects, with a focus on crude refining and fuel hydrotreating processes.
Identify and assess potential process improvements, technology upgrades, and debottlenecking projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance and CPD, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Prepare and deliver detailed business case presentations to senior management and project stakeholders for approval.
Ensure that all conceptual business cases align with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Monitor and report on financial performance against project budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in fuel production.
Participate in or lead initiatives for process optimization, including new technology integration.
