Job Description
We are looking for a female barista with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience making a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista (preferably at least 1-2 years)
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, types of beans, milk frothing, espresso pull, etc.
• Able to work efficiently in busy, fast-paced shifts
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
• Comfortable with early mornings / weekends / flexible hours
• Clean, professional, and reliable
