URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR EXPERIENCED WATERPROOFING ENGINEER AND SUPERVISOR

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Engineers and a Supervisor with expertise in waterproofing and civil works to join our team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in managing and executing projects, ensuring high-quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Engineers:
- Design, plan, and oversee waterproofing and civil works projects.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and drawings as required.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions during project execution.

Supervisor:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers on-site for waterproofing and civil works.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the project manager.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project flow.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in waterproofing and civil works.
- Valid Iqama: Must have a valid, transferable Iqama.
- Language: Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
