Tender Engineers Required

1. Tender Engineer – Civil
???? Location: Al Khobar
???? Experience: 5+ years in tendering, estimation, and quantity surveying
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze civil drawings and project specifications
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
• Draft technical and commercial proposals for tenders
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify tender queries
???? Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel
• Previous experience in government and private sector tenders

2. Tender Engineer – Mechanical

???? Location: Al Khobar
???? Experience: 5+ years in mechanical tendering and estimation
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare mechanical project estimations for HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing
• Review tender documents and identify scope of work
• Develop pricing structures and technical documentation
• Liaise with procurement and project teams
???? Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in construction
• Experience with estimation software and AutoCAD

3. Tender Engineer – Architecture

???? Experience: 5+ years in architectural design and tendering
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review architectural BOQs and specs
• Coordinate architectural submissions for tendering
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Provide material and quantity take-offs
???? Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Architecture
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
• Experience in both public and private sector projects
