Esimator Required In Bahrain (Local Or From India)-Indian Male Or Female

Note :-

Should be having experience in Joinery & Fit outs and Furniture manufacturing industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

. Analyse shop drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

. Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.

. Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

. Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.

. Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.

. Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.

. Should be able to check and take site measurements to prepare estimation.

. Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time and raw material, equipment, and labor expenses

. Travel to job sites to gather information on materials needed, labor requirements, and other factors

. Read blueprints and technical documents to prepare estimates

. Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, and contractors on estimates

. Evaluate a product’s cost effectiveness or profitability

. Recommend ways to make a product more cost effective or profitable

Requirements :-

. Minimum 2 to 5 yrs of Experience as Estimator (in joinery and fit out industry)

. Diploma – Civil / Interior / Joinery or equivalent experience

. Should be having experience in Joinery & Fit outs and Furniture manufacturing industries.

. Strong analytical, communication, and mathematical skills.

. Gender - Male or Female
