Building Maintenance Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee the maintenance and repair of all building facilities to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement preventive and routine maintenance plans.
• Supervise, assign, and direct the maintenance team.
• Manage the maintenance budget and oversee procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance work.
• Conduct periodic building assessments and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
• Prepare periodic reports on building condition and maintenance work.
Required Qualifications:
• At least [3-5] years of experience in building maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of various building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in [English], preferably [Arabic].
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
