Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee accounting, financial planning, compliance, and reporting for multiple companies. You will manage our existing accountants, work closely with external auditors and tax advisors, and ensure smooth financial operations across all entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
Oversee daily accounting for all group companies.
Manage consolidated monthly and annual financial reports.
Coordinate VAT/GST compliance with advisors.
Implement and improve ERP/accounting systems.
Supervise and train accounting staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance - ACCA, CMA preferred but exceptions can be made for the right experience.
5+ years experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Knowledge of IFRS, VAT/GST regulations, and consolidations.
ERP/accounting software proficiency.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Transferable Iqama is mandatory and needs to transfer immediately - (Keralites Preferred)
