Human Resources Specialist

A leading company in the construction and contracting sector located in Al-Salamah District – Jeddah, is seeking to attract distinguished talents for the position of:
HR Specialist
Qualifications and Experience Required:
The applicant must be Inside Saudi Arabia with Valid Iqama not less than 6 Month .
Minimum of 7 consecutive years of practical experience in Human Resources within large companies or major projects in the construction and contracting sector.
Proven experience in:
Developing and updating HR policies and organizational regulations.
Designing and revising organizational structures.
Implementing performance management systems using KPI, OKR, BSC.
Holder of accredited professional certifications, such as:
CIPD
HRCI
APTD
KPI
CPTD
Advanced knowledge in:
HR management for construction projects.
Workforce planning and allocation across projects.
Change management and organizational development.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Professional in Arabic (Spoken and Written )
