Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in transforming business requirements into visually stunning designs and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical skills, and strong user-centered design thinking.
Responsibilities:
Analyze user needs and business requirements to create intuitive design solutions.
Develop prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups.
Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency.
Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile (iOS & Android).
Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply findings to improve user journeys.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Apply human-centered design principles in all deliverables.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Core Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Software Engineering, HCI, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Solid experience in designing for both web and mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of responsive design principles.
Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
Skills in Motion Design, animations, or micro-interactions.
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
