About the job Description.
We are seeking an accountant for working experience in a concrete ready-mix company, a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Administrator to manage daily accounting tasks and oversee the administrative operations of our company.
Role Description.
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and process invoices, payments
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
Manage office supplies, documentation, and records
Coordinate internal meetings and office communication
Support management with various administrative tasks
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy in managing financial data
Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
Experience in the Ready Mix Block Company industry is beneficial.
