Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Garde Manger to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, presentation, and storage of cold kitchen items such as salads, dressings, canapés, sandwiches, and buffet displays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, sandwiches, and buffet items in line with standard recipes and plating guidelines.
- Assist in ensuring food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are followed at all times.
- Work efficiently during high-volume catering operations and large events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section.
- Report shortages and assist in receiving and storing supplies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Garde Manger/Cold Kitchen Commis (preferred in catering or large-scale operations).
- Knowledge of cold kitchen techniques, food safety, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and during peak catering seasons.
