Support employee relations and conflict resolution.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Assist with performance management and appraisal systems.

Provide general HR support to department heads and team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced setting.

Strong understanding of Bahrain labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and handle sensitive matters confidentially.
