Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, measure, and prepare fiberglass materials.
Apply resin, hardeners, and layers of fiberglass onto molds.
Use rollers/brushes to remove air bubbles and ensure smooth lamination.
Repair damaged fiberglass parts and surfaces.
Follow safety procedures when working with chemicals and materials.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
Skills & Requirements:
Knowledge of fiberglass lamination techniques.
Ability to read and follow instructions or technical drawings.
Experience using hand and power tools.
People with similar experiences are allowed to apply uf they are willing to learn.
