Job Description

A Sales Executive specializing in cookware and cleaning items is responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the cookware and cleaning supplies sector. This role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the target market.
• Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of cookware and cleaning products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
• Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of cookware and cleaning items.
• Negotiation and Closing:
Effectively negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Market Awareness:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the cookware and cleaning industry.
• Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Promotional Activities:
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and other activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Required Skills:
• Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cookware and cleaning products.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems and software for sales tracking and reporting.
Experience:
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the cookware or cleaning industry.
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Education:
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is often preferred, but not always required.
