We are looking for a creative and passionate Fusion Chef
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fusion or multi-cuisine restaurants
- Strong creativity in menu development
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a small team
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present innovative fusion dishes
- Maintain kitchen standards and manage ingredients, cooking and plating a variety of
brunch(breakfast and lunch) dishes.
- Collaborate with management for seasonal menus
