Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of BOQs and tender documentation
Cost estimation and budgeting
Post-contract administration and payment certifications
Variation and claims preparation
Final account settlement
Contractual correspondence and stakeholder coordination
Subcontractor evaluation and management
Proficiency in FIDIC and contractual regulations
