Ground Handling Agent For Logistic Company

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ground Handling Agent to join our logistics operations team. The role involves managing cargo handling, coordinating loading and unloading, and ensuring smooth ground operations to support efficient and timely logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cargo, parcels, and freight during loading, unloading, and transfer processes.
Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and verification of shipments.
Operate ground service equipment such as forklifts, trolleys, and pallet jacks safely.
Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and logistics teams for efficient cargo movement.
Inspect shipments to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of cargo movement and delivery schedules.
Comply with safety, security, and operational procedures at all times.
Report any irregularities, damages, or delays to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in logistics/warehousing preferred).
Previous experience in cargo handling, ground operations, or logistics is an advantage.
Knowledge of handling procedures for sensitive or hazardous goods is a plus.
Physically fit to perform loading/unloading and lifting tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
