Experience required : 1 year in Saudi Arabia
Record daily financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare customer invoices for equipment rentals and track payment collections.
Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and accounts payable/receivable.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries for management.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients for timely payments
Manage and organize company documents, contracts, and rental agreements.
Ensure all client contracts, quotations, and purchase orders are properly filed and updated.
Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing documents (hard copy & electronic).
Ensure document confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Ensure compliance with Saudi financial laws, Zakat, and VAT regulations.
Assist in preparing VAT returns and supporting documentation for submission to ZATCA
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of accounting or document control experience (preferably in rental, trading, or construction industry).
Knowledge of Saudi financial laws, Zakat, and VAT compliance.
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
