Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Equipment Rental Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, exploring new markets, and managing a high-performing sales team of 15–20 representatives to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the Equipment Rental Division.
Identify and penetrate new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 15–20 sales representatives to ensure individual and team targets are achieved.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop competitive strategies.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations of the sales team.
Collaborate with operations and finance departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts and projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of proven sales management experience in equipment rental, construction, or related industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to explore and develop new markets.
Strong business acumen with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
