About the Role: -
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our team for the prestigious Jeddah Tower Project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure all construction activities, materials, and workmanship strictly comply with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements for one of the world’s most iconic high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce Quality Control procedures for all site activities in compliance with project quality plans and international codes.
Conduct daily inspections and quality checks of structural, architectural, and finishing works.
Monitor material testing, equipment calibration, and third-party laboratory reports to ensure compliance with standards.
Prepare and maintain Quality Control documentation, including inspection requests (IRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), method statements, and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Ensure corrective and preventive actions are carried out to address non-conformities.
Support project execution teams by providing technical guidance on quality requirements.
Participate in internal and external audits as required by the client and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of high-rise construction projects, quality standards, and ISO requirements.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Experience
Minimum 3 – 6 years of experience in Quality Control roles on large-scale building/high-rise projects.
Previous experience in the Middle East (preferably Saudi Arabia) will be highly advantageous.
Proven record of managing quality compliance for complex, iconic, or mega-projects.
