Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Sales Executives with a strong background and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in selling fire alarm systems to contractors handling large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their proven network and contacts with leading contractors to generate business opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with major contractors and project stakeholders.

Actively promote fire alarm systems and solutions to secure new project orders.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by driving project-based sales.

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to maximize business opportunities.

Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in selling systems/solutions to contractors (preferably Fire Alarm).

Strong existing network and verifiable contacts with major contractors in the region.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
