QC Inspector - Fitout

Looking for a QC Inspector - Fitout for a Real Estate Firm with a minimum experience of 5 years in Saudi Arabia Construction Industry (Commercial and Residential)

Should have knowledge in

Inspection & Testing:
Conduct routine inspections for fit-out activities (partitioning, ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishes)
Verify that materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications, Saudi Building Code.
Prepare and maintain QC inspection checklists, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), site instructions, and daily reports.

Site Supervision & Reporting:
Monitor site activities and ensure proper execution of electrical works.
Identify non-conformities, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with construction teams to resolve quality issues.

Safety & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Project Specification
Ensure implementation of the project Quality Management Plan (QMP) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).

Final Inspections & Handover:
Conduct final “handover” inspections of completed fit-out zones; compile “as-built” quality dossiers.

Review & Documentation:
Verify project specifications, drawings, and method statements.
Ensure compliance with SBC or other local standards (if applicable).
Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and related QA documentation.
Maintain quality records and test reports.

Supplier & Material Approval:
Inspect Fitout materials and equipment to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Verify vendor documents and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) if needed.

Process Audits & Compliance:
Conduct internal quality audits to ensure work follows project quality management systems.
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality standards.

Salary Range (Total Package) - 6000 to 7000 SAR
Transferrable Iqama required
Indian Nationals Only
Multilingual ( Should be able to communicate in Arabic & English)
