MEP Tech. - Compound Projects In Riyadh

We are in urgent need of MEP Technicians with previous experience in a Facility Maintenance Project.

1. HVAC Tech. - Should have knowledge and experience in trouble shooting VRF-VRV Units, Chiller, PACU & CRAC units, familiar in PPM & CM executions and reporting , capable of installing new units if required, can understand and interpret as-built drawings & .

2. Electrical Tech. (Low Voltage) - Must have full exposure on trouble shooting and repairs of Low Voltage devices, including distribution Panels, lighting systems , fire alarm systems (FAS), specialized systems, CCTV's, ATS & Generator Set. duties & responsibilities to include PPM & CM requirements for all electrical assets and devices.

3. Mechanical Tech. (Plumbers) - Perform overhauling and installation of new pumps, Swimming Pool Maintenance, familiar with water distribution systems, irrigation systems, drainage and sewer distribution lines , Water heaters, PM & CM of all Plumbing devices & assets,

should have at least 3-5 years experience in a facility maintenance & operations in a residential compound environment.
