URGENT HIRING – MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS

Location: Saudi Arabia
Duty Hours: 10 hours/day
Day Off: 1 day/week
Contract Duration: 2 years
Project: Hospital & Housing Facility Maintenance

Available Positions & Salary (SAR/month):
Electrician – 1,800 SR
Plumber – 1,900 SR
Carpenter – 1,600 SR
HVAC Technician – 2,000 SR
Mason – 1,500 SR
General Requirements (All Positions):
2–5 years of relevant work experience (depending on position).
Technical Diploma / Trade Certificate required.
Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA or equivalent).
Hospital or healthcare maintenance experience is an advantage.
Brief Job Descriptions:
Electrician – Maintenance of UPS, ATS, panels, transformers, wiring, troubleshooting, generators.
Plumber – Maintenance of water piping, storm drainage, LPG systems, welding, unclogging.
Carpenter – Fabrication & finishing, doors, furniture, cabinetry in hospital & housing.
HVAC Technician – Operation/repair of centralized AC & chillers, brazing, AHU maintenance.
Mason – Tile setting, plastering, flooring, excavation, repair & reporting.
