DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Good knowledge of all devices and equipment used in the department
-Technical abilities in his field of specialization
-The ability to develop his specialty.
-The ability to communicate and establish good relations with others.
-English language proficiency.
-Performing the planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising all activities and services, which introduced by nursing staff
-Providing medical care to patients, such as giving medicines and injections Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, laboratory sampling, vital signs collection and intubation Various breathing devices, etc., and making the necessary bandages
-Constantly monitoring and evaluating the patient's condition and informing the head nurse of any matters occurring in the patient's condition
-Responding to and responding to patient requests
-Change the bed sheet and pillows and make sure that they are constantly clean
-Assist in checking devices and equipment before using them to ensure their validity
-Maintaining the safety and security of patients from various accidents
-Apply the principles and rules of public safety while working
-Carry out any other tasks assigned to him within his competence
-Participation in all quality activities such as indicator calculations.
-Participation in all Quality Improvement Projects.
-To follow-up all infection controls standard and precautions.
-To submit OVR directly to the Quality Department whenever there is unusual observations.
-To provide patient and family education with proper documentation.
-To maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
-To follow the company laws and regulations as regards Human Resource policies in attendance, leaves and absenteeism.
-Attend the regular meeting and take part in training programs, and committees if any
-Participate in maintaining the application of regulations, procedures, objectives and quality control programs.

-EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor degree in nursing
-Valid Saudi Commission for health specialist (professional accreditation certificate)
