Salary: SAR 3,500 (accommodation and transportation provide by the company)
Working Hours: 6 days for 12 hours a week.

Job Summary:

We at Derna Facilities Management are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP Technician / Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in in Split, Package, ducted AC, Electrical Lighting Control, Distribution board, Main distribution board, and Emergency Distribution Board and be capable of performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. This role is essential to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all building services and systems.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP or multi-skilled maintenance (experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Split, Package, ducted AC, Electrical Lighting Control, Distribution board, Main distribution board, and Emergency Distribution Board
• With Valid Iqama
• Must be currently residing in Jeddah.
• Good communication and teamwork skills. (Must speak English or Arabic)
