Requirements:
• Native Arabic speaker or fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) to handle local customer inquiries.
• Experience with Odoo ERP and MS Office is required.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to add and manage sales orders in the system.
• Experience in maintaining stock levels and coordinating with the sales team.
• Basic accounting knowledge is required.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be currently residing in Jeddah (preferred).
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks.
• Attend to inquiries in Arabic (written and verbal).
• Enter and process sales orders in Odoo ERP.
• Track and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth operations.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks and financial records.
• Generate reports and ensure data accuracy.
