Camp Boss (Arabic Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise overall camp operations including accommodation, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local authority requirements.

Maintain accurate records of occupancy, employee movement, and room allocations.

Manage staff welfare and address grievances related to accommodation.

Oversee catering arrangements ensuring food hygiene and quality.

Coordinate with HR and administration regarding arrivals, departures, and accommodation needs.

Monitor camp security and ensure discipline among camp residents.

Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities and arrange repairs/maintenance as required.

Manage waste disposal, pest control, and cleanliness across the camp.

Prepare and submit periodic reports on camp operations to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Camp Boss or in camp/ accommodation management.

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Ability to handle multicultural workforce effectively.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email communication).
