Responsiblties .
Overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget.
* Leading and mentoring a team of junior engineers and site staff.

* Coordinating effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
* Resolving technical issues and challenges that arise during construction.
