We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance within the construction industry and will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the finance and accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Develop internal control policies, procedures, and financial risk management frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain's financial regulations and taxation requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the senior management team.
• Oversee project cost control and support tender pricing evaluations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and local regulatory requirements in Bahrain.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
