Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Coffee Farmer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Planting, tending, and harvesting coffee plants
Maintaining farm equipment and ensuring proper irrigation and fertilization
Implementing pest and disease control measures
Harvesting coffee cherries at peak ripeness
Ensuring quality standards are met during processing
Keeping detailed records of farming activities
Complying with safety and environmental regulations
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in coffee farming or agriculture
Knowledge of sustainable farming practices
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical stamina and strength
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with coffee processing techniques
