Looking For Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, ensuring value for money and cost control from inception to completion.

✅ Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze project cost estimates and budgets

Manage tendering process and contract administration

Monitor project progress and control costs

Assess and certify subcontractor and supplier payments

Provide cost advice, risk analysis, and value engineering

Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards


???? Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, MEP, or related field

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP projects

Familiarity with local building codes and procurement practices

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
