Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintains and improves Q.S.C /V. Standards.
2. Achieves sales and profit target according to company budgets .
3. Maintain the proper staffing and scheduling according to sales volume and labor guide.
4. Implements local promotion plans according to the rules and policy of the marketing and advertising
department.
5. Develop solutions and make decisions which are based on logical assumptions and reflect factual
information.
6. Utilizes Pathway to all employee for the benefit of the restaurant operation.
7. Implements crew training and development program in all levels according to company requirements
and needs.
8. Have initiative for local store marketing plans to increase sales.
9. Involve with the development of Second assistant manager through the use of Personal and Develop
Plans.
10. Conducts all employee performance review according to company rules and policy.
11. Ensures that all security measures and policies are implemented effectively.
12. Compare to the competition in Prices, New Product, Operation level, Q.S.C /V, Facilities
and Physical Plants, and provides feedback and suggestions to the top management.
13. Communicates and assures 100% compliance from all employees with Health Department Rules,
Safety Regulations, Labor Laws and Quality Standards according to current legislation and laws.
14. Maintain excellent level of hygiene and food safety for all employees in the restaurant.
15. Handles customer complaints with courtesy and professionalism to assure 100% guest
Satisfaction.
16. Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
