Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical QC Supervisor to oversee and ensure the quality of electrical installations on construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC procedures, electrical systems inspection, and compliance with international standards (IEC, NEC) and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) regulations.

The Electrical QC Supervisor will be responsible for supervising electrical works, conducting inspections, preparing QA/QC documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that all work meets project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical works (LV/MV systems, panels, grounding, lighting, etc.) on-site.
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for all electrical activities.
Conduct inspections and testing (IR, continuity, earth resistance, etc.) according to ITPs.
Review electrical drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and redline markups.
Report non-conformities (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for inspection scheduling.
Maintain detailed QA/QC reports, checklists, and handover documentation.
Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, IEC/NEC standards, and project specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Electrical QA/QC in the construction sector (Saudi experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC/NEC, and SEC requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QA/QC documentation.
Transferable Iqama is a must.
Good communication and coordination skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
