Subcontract For Secondary Structure Masonry Work

The subcontractor shall complete all the work of masonry, mortar plastering, and slope-making layer construction as specified in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and relevant standards, as well as all related ancillary work to ensure the smooth progress of construction and acceptance. The specific scope of work of the subcontractor includes but is not limited to:

 Hollow block masonry (including block cutting, installation of ladder-type mesh, installation of corrugated anchor, concrete grouting of holes, arrangement of compressible sealant and compressible filler board as required, curing and Chamfer Treatment for Walls etc.)
 Planting of reinforcing bars (including setting-out, drilling, hole cleaning, planting of reinforcing bars, and cooperation in detection, etc.)
 Concrete work (including all work related to water stop belts, structural columns, embracing columns, thresholds of water, electricity and heating wells, ring beams, and lintels, etc.)
 Indoor and outdoor plastering (Including all processes such as cleaning, patching, grouting, installing render angle bead, corner bead and wire mesh, leveling, plastering, etc., and also including the cement mortar finishing around doors and windows.)
 Construction of the concrete slope on the roof (including surveying and setting-out, concrete pouring and surface finishing, construction of separation joints, etc.)
 The subcontractor shall be responsible for the reservation of penetrating openings for the MEP work.
 Screening of the sand
 Curing work
 Casual labor
 Loading, unloading, and multiple handling of materials within the construction site
 Safe and civilized construction at the construction site
 Erection, maintenance, and demolition of various safety protections (including the protection of staircases, elevator openings, reserved openings, passage openings, and the edges of floors and stairs)
 The erection and dismantling of safety passage sheds, steel bar processing sheds, protective sheds for sand and stone stockyards, rest sheds, and smoking sheds, etc.
