Key Responsibilities:
???? Manage tendering processes including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
???? Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare competitive tender submissions
???? Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams to clarify contract and scope-related queries
???? Oversee post-contract activities: interim valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
???? Provide contractual advice and support aligned with FIDIC and project-specific conditions
???? Ensure accurate cost control and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
???? Assist in resolving disputes and payment delays through diplomatic communication
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering with a minimum experience of 8years
✅ Proven experience in tendering and post-contract administration within contracting firms
✅ Thorough understanding of construction processes, contractual frameworks, and cost breakdowns
✅ Strong communication skills to engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams
✅ Proficiency in QS software and MS Office applications
✅ Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and ISO-aligned procedures is an advantage
Candidate available locally in Bahrain with Driving License shall be preferred.
