Job Title: Plumber & Electrician/AC Technician

We are seeking skilled and experienced individuals to fill the roles of Plumber and Electrician/AC Technician. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, electrical networks, and HVAC (air conditioning) units. Applicants must be able to read technical blueprints, diagnose issues, and perform tasks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures

Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and AC units

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance

Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing and/or electrical & AC systems

Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
