Job Offer: Assistant Store Accountant (Transferable Iqama Holders Only)
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Accountant to manage and maintain accurate financial records related to inventory, purchases, and sales in our store/warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Prepare invoices, GRNs, and delivery notes.
- Track supplier payments and customer receivables.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Liaise with auditors and external vendors.
- Manage petty cash and store cash flow documentation.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in inventory management.
Requirements:
- Valid and transferable Saudi Iqama.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (most invoices are in Arabic).
