#Job Summary:-
We are seeking a well-educated and experienced Operation Manager to lead our Indian cuisine restaurant in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing restaurant operations, staff supervision, cost control, profitability strategies, and customer satisfaction. The Operation Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, initiate strategies for profitability, cost control, and ensure high standards of service and food quality.

#Responsibilities:-
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant with 80+ staff
- Develop and implement strategies for profitability, cost control, and efficiency
- Oversee staff management, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost restaurant visibility and sales
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia's regulations and restaurant policies
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally

#Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management
- Proven experience managing a team of 80+ staff in a restaurant setting
- Experience with Indian cuisine restaurant operations preferred
- Fluent in Arabic, Hindi, and English
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of cost control, profitability strategies, and inventory management

#Additional Requirements:-
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with restaurant software and POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
