We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager and Kitchen Supervisor for a recently launched, mid-sized fine dining restaurant in Riyadh.
Ideal candidates should have:
For Restaurant Manager:
• Proven experience managing front-of-house operations in a fine dining setting
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues efficiently
• Knowledge of local Baladiya (municipal) regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in inventory control, POS systems, and daily operational reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to recruit, train, and schedule staff effectively
• Fluent in English & Hindi; Arabic is a plus
For Kitchen Supervisor:
• Experience overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high food quality standards
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols (HACCP compliance)
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth service coordination with front-of-house
• Capable of monitoring food costs and minimizing waste
• Hands-on approach with a focus on maintaining consistency in food preparation and presentation
Requirements:
• Transferable Iqama
• Preferred nationality: Indian
• Immediate availability is a plus
