We are looking for a skilled Waiter / Bartender for a high-end restaurant in Riyadh. This is a dual role that requires strong service skills and proficiency in creating cocktails. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and currently reside in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:
• Take and serve food and beverage orders with excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar ingredients.
• Recommend drink pairings and provide guests with menu knowledge.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service protocols.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a premium restaurant or bar.
• Strong cocktail-making and mixology skills.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask between bar and floor service.
• Presentable, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic inventory management.
