Your Mission
Ensure seamless execution of residential projects by bridging technical expertise, on-site coordination, and native Arabic communication with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily project operations for residential construction sites across KSA.
- Communicate fluently in Arabic with clients, stakeholders, and workers to clarify technical details, progress, and specifications.
- Coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement project management best practices for scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
- Resolve issues proactively while maintaining strong client relationships through transparent Arabic communication.
- Ensure compliance with KSA building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Native or bilingual fluency in Arabic (technical construction terminology essential).
- Proficiency in English (written/verbal).
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in construction project management (residential preferred).
- Proven ability to read drawings, manage schedules, and lead on-site teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- KSA experience and driver’s license (advantageous).
