Full-Time Delivery Boy / Delivery Associate

Tazahome is looking for an experienced Delivery Boy to manage timely and efficient deliveries of products/services. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Malayalam and have basic Arabic communication skills to interact with customers. A valid driver’s license and familiarity with local routes are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely Deliveries:

Pick up and deliver orders/products to customers as per scheduled timelines.

Ensure safe handling of items during transit.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with customers in Malayalam and basic Arabic (for confirmation, directions, or issues).

Provide polite and professional service.

Route Management:

Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS/local knowledge.

Report delays (traffic, weather) to the logistics team.

Documentation & Compliance:

Collect payments (if COD), signatures, or delivery confirmations.

Maintain logs of daily deliveries and fuel/mileage (if applicable).

Vehicle Maintenance:

Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike/car) is fueled, clean, and in good condition.

Report accidents or mechanical issues immediately.
