Job Title: - Document Controller

Years of Experience: - Practical experience of not less than 5 years in storing and coordinating various types of documents.

Education:- Should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from an internationally recognized university

must be fully aware of one of PMIS programs such as and not limited to (Aeconix - PM Web - Procor .

Key Responsibilities:

1.Opening and organizing all project files for all activities and for all contracting parties for correspondence, materials, change orders, reports, requests to receive works and all kinds of signed directives.
2.Make the necessary indexes, record the various incoming and outgoing documents and files, and prove the file number, date, reference, the concerned department, the subject of the file, its content in brief, and any other data for all files, and update them periodically.
3.The files must be organized and archived in a way that facilitates quick access to them when needed.
4.The archiving system must be based on chapters, disciplines, dates, incoming and outgoing.
5.Fill out forms for receiving files from other parties, such as notification of receipt of documents
6.Distributing the incoming files and distributing them to the supervision body according to the system used in the site and archiving them with the designated files after they are registered.
7.Non-professionals are not allowed to enter the archive except after obtaining approval from its senior management.
8.Preserving the strict confidentiality of all files under his hand.
9.Refrain from publishing, transmitting, or spreading any information, or showing it to non-specialists, or leaking or circulating any documents or documents among the company's employees, and it is subject to accountability and punishment if it is proven that it did not violate the work laws and regulations.
10.Carry out all that is assigned to him by his direct superior in relation to his field of specialization.
