Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Transport Supervisor who currently work in the same field and manage our transport operations across Saudi Arabia.
The right person should have good experience in the local transport market and be strong in leading teams, coordinating work, and dealing with transport vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate day-to-day transportation and delivery operations.

Supervise drivers and transport staff, ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.

Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor vehicles and documentation compliance.

Resolve transport issues including delays, route changes, and breakdowns.

Maintain accurate records of fleet operations,

Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in transport management, specifically in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of local transport companies, road networks, and customs procedures.

Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transport operations simultaneously.

Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama and driving license.
