Looking to hire a skilled and responsible Foreman to lead and manage day-to-day home maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of technicians across various trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure safety standards are followed.
Communicate effectively with clients and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare material requests and manage tools and equipment on site.
Maintain job records and submit daily reports.
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance or facility management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written) is a must.
Ability to read and understand basic maintenance work orders and drawings.
Well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
