Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to grow our manpower client base across Riyadh and Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manpower industry, strong local market knowledge, and a network of relevant contacts to help expand our service footprint.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and acquire new clients in need of manpower services.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring service satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities across industries.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to align client requirements with available manpower.
Key Requirements
• 1–2 years of proven sales or business development experience in the manpower or staffing industry.
• Strong network of clients or references in Jeddah and/or Riyadh market.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, to ensure effective communication with clients.
• Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and manpower dynamics.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze client manpower needs.
• Experience selling to sectors like construction, retail, healthcare, and facility management.
