Draftsman

We are a reputable construction company in Bahrain engaged in delivering high-quality high-rise building projects. We are currently seeking experienced Civil and MEP Draftsmen to join our team and support our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise detailed civil and MEP drawings for high-rise building projects

Interpret architectural and engineering plans to produce accurate drafts

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications

Update drawings as per site changes and client requirements

Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and quality requirements

Assist in preparing design documents, shop drawings, and technical specifications

Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting for high-rise construction projects, preferably in GCC

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software

Good understanding of civil and MEP systems and construction methods

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet project deadlines

Knowledge of Bahrain building codes and regulations is an advantage
