Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing concrete-related projects
In-depth knowledge of mix designs, batching, pouring, curing, and quality control
Proven track record in site supervision, manpower planning, and project execution
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day concrete works and ensure timely project completion
Monitor material usage, labor productivity, and site safety
Maintain quality standards as per project and industry specifications
Prepare reports and attend project meetings as required
