Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated QHSE Manager to join our team at our project site in Dammam Second Industrial City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects of the project to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
Provide QHSE training and awareness to staff.
Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies when necessary.
Prepare QHSE reports for management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of [10] years of relevant experience in QHSE management (preferably in Water Tranmission System's projects).
Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international QHSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Relevant QHSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor).
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
